EYEWEAR PRODUCT unworn, undamaged eyewear products can be returned within 10 days for a full refund.

ART/PHOTOGRAPHIES/SCULPTURES can not be returned or exchanged.

TO SET UP A RETURN FOR EYEWEAR PRODUCT:

We can only accept returns on eyewear products that were purchased through OPTICALAFFAIRS.COM. 

To initiate a request, please contact contact@opticalaffairs.com indicate the product you wish to return with invoice number.

You'll receive a shipping label and return authorization paperwork within 72 hours.  Please ensure your label and return authorization number appear on the outside of the box.

Please allow 7-10 business days for processing once your return has been received. It may take up to 14 business days to reflect as a refund on the original payment method, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS:

We understand mistakes happen. We are able to make certain modifications or cancellations to your order up to one (1) hour after you complete your purchase.
